Ingredients :
250g puff pastry.
1 medium eggs.
~1/4 cup of sugar (60g)
8g of vanilla sugar.
4 tsp of all purpose flour (10g).
~3/4 cup of milk (200ml).
~2 tbsps of butter (30g).
1 cup of whipping cream (250ml).
1 tbsp of sugar (12g).
sliced almonds for garnish (you can use chopped peanuts or desiccated coconut...)

I’m from Memphis, Tennessee. I’ve got a couple of questions. Is vanilla sugar just what you buy in a bag at the grocery store. And can I buy puff pastry like we can buy canned biscuits and sweet rolls that come maybe nine in a can it looks wonderful and I-would love to try the recipe.
