We called you the 'driveway lady' since that video was recorded on your driveway. We needed something new and more challenging, and this one is the ticket. Love the variety and how it works so many parts of the body. Thank you for coming through for us...again!😃

ОтветитьA new class for me today. I haven’t been working out bc I was sick with Covid for a few weeks. So good to be back. I wasn’t too sure about classical music but it seemed to get better. Maybe a video with the Piano guys music would be enjoyable. Thanx Jenny l love your upbeat personality and beautiful smile! 🙂🤗

Great Workout! I am over 55 and enjoyed your workout. I liked how you talk about each exercise and how it helps your body. Nice. I am using this video with others I rotate to build my core. I can notice a big difference. My balance is improving and my muscles are also toning. WOW. Thank you.

ОтветитьI am a male over 55. This is a great workout for me. I can see am building muscle as I do this video 2-3 times a week. WOW. I get my aerobic exercise and weight training all together. Just a great workout. It also goes very fast. Time just flies as I do this workout. I combine this video with 2 others to help me not get bored.

ОтветитьFor Seniors? She has no clue, these are much too fast for seniors she's going to hurt someone, ridiculous. The exercises are doable for seniors, but no way to go that fast to keep up, I slow down the exercise then she's already on the next one and I haven't done 3 reps of the first one. She has NO idea what it's like to be a senior obviously. NO WAY a senior can do these this fast to keep up to get to the next exercise, without hurting them self. Very disappointed in her. Good exercises, but way too fast for seniors, a shame. "NO we don't got it!"

ОтветитьThank you Jenny. I am a senior woman, and this is the perfect balance of cardio, strength training, etc. for me. Just one problem I have is when you use the band and it's necessary to shorten it up for the arm exercises, I have difficulty figuring out how to do that and be able to participate in the exercise. Do you wrap it around your wrist? I must not be doing it correctly because it feels awkward and I just can't get the exercise. I spend so much time trying to shorten up the band, I miss the whole thing!
