ОтветитьJust ran across your videos. Really enjoying a fresh, new instructor. Only have one critic. As a trainer, you know how important form and technique are. Going heavy sacrificing form isn't productive, and can be harmful. Ie swinging your arms/weights doing bicep curls. Please don't be offended, but it's not the way to lead by example. Other wise, thanks for sharing your time, and videos.
