I've been playing with this on NAS and it hasn't performed well.
I backtested US30 and it did even worse. (Not a big fan of backtesting as it's a sterile environment)
This is more of an FYI - maybe market cycle is affecting it?

CAN THIS WORK ON CRYPTO

Hitting 87k on crypto

The Macd and iMacd (my favourite when I was trading with indicators a long time ago) have limited capabilities. Ideally you need to use the ADX. It's the true indicator that responds to the currency data and when price pulls back. Use that instead of the Macd. And if you really need to use the macd. Use the iMACD instead (inside macd). When the signal like is about to cross over the horizontal scale from a short distance away; ie, signal like didn't come from the top of bottom before reaching the horizontal scale, ensure it's already close to it. So when it does make the cross you'll see an explosive move in that direction. There's a video about it on @elitedaytradingacademy channel 👍🏻 now with the email. Make sure price is touching the ema's before taking the trade. This way you'll avoid the drawdown 👍🏻

🤣This was all done on Sierra Charts and Think or Swim 25-30 years ago. 🤣

Says "blackbull", "capitalcom", "pepperstone", "tvc" and more... Which is the "correct" symbol to choose? Thanks in advance for your help!

I do not quite understand how to use this.... so lets say during the day, as the chart is slowly appear, will the marker suddenly pops out and say BUY? does this work for stock market too or just gold and stuff? have you tested the accuracy and success rate on this? I have put it in a few stock, blue chip good stock and some do not even have a BUY indicator show up at all. would you please kindly help? thanks!

I’m sorry but looking at the charts it’s missing big buy and sell moves.

Why using 2 SMA or EMA on the 1 min time frame if we have the macd based on the 15 min time frame, why not just using a simple break out 9 ema rules and with pullbacks for continuation trades or just using the Williams %R oscillator ?
