I have to be honest. I’m the hard arse in my office and I am self employed with 13 staff but It hurts me the way Gervais treat Carl - I like Carl. He’s a simple honest guy and he gets slammed by Gervais for entertainment. I also like Ricky because he crosses the line on legitimate targets (like Hollywood) but he crosses the line for me on his treatment of Carl. He’s an innocent.

I think Karl is actually right about the starving Africans. They wouldn't entertain the idea but the next step of the conversation is: if there is not somewhere they can move within the country where they could produce enough food to live - then it isn't sustainable to continue sending them food every year. Something else does need to change
