Based on the fact that l heard on CVM earlier that the father of the little boy was released by the police today l am assuming that it is a legal gun. Now if that is so we have to be carefully how we take away these children and put them into state care because it can affect them mentally. Moreover, some of these state care facilities are a disaster.
