ОтветитьWhen people say they dislike fish, they have either eaten fish that was 1) not fresh or, 2) cooked badly. Buy fresh ingredients. And learn how to prepare fish well. And your diet and health will be better for it. Chef Paul was a wonderful gent!! I learn so much from watching these. Sorry he has left us, but my, what a delight to still be able to watch an expert..

Decided to go with his and after cooking it in my wood shed on my portable skillet, I never ate without it EVER on any fish, especially Flounder!! Flavorful spice mmmhmm, even a pinch of it on the tongue is good. His is really Magic!

ОтветитьI sold seafood for years. His blackened Redfish magic is one of the VERY few seasoning blends worth a damn. It's really good. We sold a lot of it specifically because it really is tasty and we all in the seafood market knew it. If we sold them a jar of Redfish magic, the customer never ever came back complaining.
