Not my fault. The goons models have a glitch where I am not able to remove their special equipment (in this case, backpacks).

Sorry. Misunderstood your question. You go to model properties, F3 --> model spawning (if it's the player model, or the ped clothes/menu if it's a ped) and go down to special 2 or 1 and use 4 and 5 to change special items. Not all models have special equipment like backpacks and bags on their backs.
