THREE BEAUTIFUL NIGHTS IN THE MOUNTAINS Pt1

I set of on a little expedition into the beautiful kingdom of Mourne in Northern Ireland. I send 3 nights with a couple of beautiful pitches two of those pitches being summits. So day one I set of up past Annalong wood towards Ben Crom and down towards the bottom of the reservoir. There is a few pitches here on reasonable ground with stunning views but that’s not where I was stopping. You can find the spot for yourself which I’m sure won’t be hard if you watch the video closely. Anyway I get my tent set up in a beautiful spot and have a dip in the cold mountain pool. Tell me what you think of this pitch in the comments. I was feeling alive after the dip and also feeling very lucky that I was getting to enjoy this little gem all to myself. It’s just amazing what you find when you go looking. The Mourne mountains are Northern Ireland’s little slice of heaven. I had one of the best nights sleep I have had in a long time I was well fed both my stomach and my soul. It was time to move on the next morning. I headed up towards the Brandy Pad (an old smuggles route) and across to near the bottom of Slieve Commedagh Northern Ireland’s 2nd biggest mountain. Tho why am I going there.?
