Personally, I would put shield as low as tier 3 rather than tier 1 because the reduction basically takes place at the same time as armor, making it the roughly the same level of usefulness for damage reduction.

Is the rr sheet outdated? I can't find any fire rr for Arcanist in skill tree? It say 100 in the sheet tho

Dude I wish I'd found you earlier, this resist reduction calculator is almost mandatory for modded masteries. Recently started DoM and felt lost as to what class combination to choose and this video will help a TON. Thank you so much!
