To add a bit of info about Indonesian regional government:
1. Provinsi/Province = Gubernur/Governor
2. Kabupaten/Regency = Bupati/Regent
3. Kecamatan/District = Camat/District Head
4. Kelurahan/Sub-district (usually for cities that do not have villages in them) = Lurah/Sub-district head, and Desa/Village = Kepala Desa/Village Chief
5. RW (Rukun Warga) or loosely translated as Citizen Association, headed by Chief of RW, and last but not least,

It's pretty easy to follow the lead or see some signs if you are landed in a city or a big community. But I will give you some tips if you are landed in remote areas, where the nearest communities are quite in distances. Here it is :

1. Standing up and prepare your body n soul.

2. Observe the environment.
If the sun feels so hot at day light, and many mosquitos sucking your bloods at night, and the weather is so humid, then you must be landed in tropical country. Possibly in south east asia or latin america. You may put Indonesia in your top of list.

3. Put your ears carefully and listen up. If you hear the sound of bugs or mosquitos, and the sound of motor cycle engines in the far off, then strengthen your guessing that you are in Indonesia.

4. Try to take a walk and go find at least one person. Once you meet 'em just say it in nicely, "jancuk pak" if you meet with male, and "jancuk bu" if you meet female. Then look at how they are reactions. If they stairs at you a moment in strange way, that's absolutely normal. Just wait on to the next reactions. If they replies you with #&$^@%@%@ words, then you must figure it out harder where are you actually at. But if they reacts with calmly (a bit aggressives are still okay) and they put a smile in their face or maybe a small laughs, well dude you must thick your list that you are obviously landed in Indonesia.

It's just a small tips tho'. But it's worth to try. Try it with 6 to 10 times jumping down with your parachutes, and let's see what is gonna happen to you.
