This is all so fucking stupid. Not the content from this creator, but the fact people have to lie and be this way to get hired. It's two people sitting across from each other the interviewer and the person seeking the job both lying nonstop to each other. It's nonsense.

The interviewer will never be forthcoming about a toxic/difficult person that could be someone the person seeking the job would work directly with, the person seeking the job has to be coached to give bs answers to skate around the truth.

Companies would be better if everyone was just honest.

In my last interview I said something like 'the job didn't offer the development possibilities that I want' . Difficult to translate, but I tried to go with 'I want to learn more and take on more responsibilities, in the last position it was just not possible.'
