ОтветитьWhen I made one myself I made a mistake with grams and ml which messed up so i had to eyeball the rest. For the cooling process, I find it good to use cold water that's been in the fridge instead of ice water.

ОтветитьTried the recipe, everything looked like yours but they never rose to the surface in boiling water (I cooked them for aprox. 40 minutes) and they weren't chewy at all, it was more like raw core, super solid. Should i change the glutinous flour ratio? I used sun-flower brand non glutinous/glutinous rice powder
