Cmon now.. Of course we need the arrangement video!!! 😂
Ответитьthese days I'm so lazy to start projects so many ideas in my head then your videos shows up :) thanks bethelick
ОтветитьI went back over your old videos and I am incredibly less pessimistic about my melody writing situation.
Also ableton note now supports midi sequencing so I’ve got a fairly decent and portable way of testing stuff out and just getting time in really.
Anyway don’t want to derail the comments or anything it’s just good vibes from me.
Peace ✌️
Incredibe ear though, those examples are so close
ОтветитьI always struggle with trying to recreate references, and usually come away feeling a bit flat, like I lack all the necessary skills (which I do!) as it doesn't sound "close enough" to the original. It's really useful to see that your process is to find similar sounds with the right vibe, rather than getting hung up on exact matches; I feel like this approach should help alleviate that unnecessary pressure and unrealistic expectation I put on myself as an amateur to perfectly match professional records. Thanks for the insight, Ben!
ОтветитьImpressive how you've replicated those references so well 👏
ОтветитьThis is genius. I now want to make plots for all of the genres I’m into. Thanks for this idea!!
ОтветитьThank you for being a wonderfoul human😊

ОтветитьThank you Sensei.
ОтветитьThanks Ben, once again mint video. Would love to see the vid made on hoe you finish the track 🤙
Ответить"gaps for groove" - should be a T-shirt
ОтветитьIt's not a genre that I have paid much attention too, but great lesson all the same and these skills are brilliant, I will use them in other areas.
Thanks brother ✌️

Ответитьgetting some serious CPU spikes there, even when the music isn't playing 😬🙈😂
ОтветитьVery impressive work sir ❤
ОтветитьMan, was I pleased to see this uploaded..Started a track on Saturday. Been spending every single spare minute on it. It's now Wednesday and instead, I have five different 1/5th finished tracks, all which sound different but just a bit too much the same. Wouldn't have even got that far had I not discovered this absolute gem of a channel. I will be glued to this, mark my words!
ОтветитьWould love to see you do some speed garage!
