This really is sad the old woman thing is sad

Thank God He survived but sorry he and thousands of others went through that horrific situation.

I believe the old woman whom he was referring to named Josephine Harris actually survived. There is a famous story of a group of fire firefighters who were rushing out the building after the south tower collapsed and they saw Josephine in distress and they actually helped her and they got as far as like the 8th floor when the North Tower collapsed while they were still in the stairwell. They all survived because of the exact location they were at. They were rescued 4 hours later. The firefighters and Josephine kept a close bond up until her death in 2016, and those same firefighters served as pallbearers at her funeral. That is one of the most heartfelt 9/11 stories I've heard. May she continue to R.I.P.

To be honest, I'm stubborn so I wouldn't let her sit there. If she was light enough I'd attempt to carry her. He tried his best though

Stay strong. You are hero for surviving. God has a purpose for you,even if its just living a good life.

Plot twist: He told the old woman that he was a young man, and had his whole life ahead of him, and he couldn’t keep carrying her. He punched her hard enough to knock her out, and was on his way 😮 the memory haunts him til this day 👀😬😜

Poor guy…I’m not trying to sound trite, but I hope that with time, the images are less vivid or less overall, and he’s healed some…I know this interview was only 3 days after 9/11, so I hope he’s been able to heal. 💔🍀✨
