Man, I got gifted a Necalli (US market)/ Casanova (Mexico market) for Christmas and boy I can’t wait to break it in. So far it’s a snug fit, not a wide pocket like I was led to believe.

Thumb looks better on rs100

The thumb on the rs100 looks better, and the ultra 2.0 leather looks alot more snug on the foam or padding. I'm not a big fan of mesh, so I'd go with the ultra 2.0 although I liked the style of the lacing from the rs100 slot more.

How much time did RS100 take to break in? I use them only for sparring and they are little stiff on the padding. The feel of RS 100 is great. When we put our hand inside the glove its so snug.! Love them. 👊

Why do they charge so much for a glove that has mesh and is made out of synthetic leather?

Yep they are microfiber, looks like they changed the description online. Did the hand pocket on yours open up ? Just received the 16 oz and they are pretty tight especially compared to the RB11 X large , thats why I prefer leather

Honestly i love the ergo lace system but i like the textured look plus thumb parallelism of the rs100 more, along with the mesh… i wish there couldve been a happy compromise. The ergo lace wrist section with the material and aesthetic of the rs100

Thinking about getting either these gloves for boy. Currently use the SABAS bella series laced and before everlast powerlock laced. Looking for good gloves with great knuckle protection. Been wrapping boxers hand with gauze and tape for sparring and heavy bag training days. Which of these gloves would you prefer?

I have a pair of both the RS1 2v and the RS100. Both in gold (RS1) and gold and white (RS100). I would agree with Carlos in that the finger pocket is deeper really let’s you sink your hand into the glove and make a good tight fist.

Could you use either one of these gloves for both training and sparring as a all-in-one glove? I am not sure if I should shell out for one glove or buy two separate ones

Looked for a par of RS1s for ages to try on in store & recently found them. Tried these two 16oz in in store & liked the rs1 better as well. A bit less stiff everywhere including foam out of the box & a bit more form fitting. Really fit my hand perfectly snug & just tight enough, a touch roomier inside than RS100, opened fingers pretty well actually considering a brand new glove (fingers would open fine for me after break in) but i tried on with handwraps which usually helps me open fingers. Rs1 is not really my style of glove, but I recon broken in they might be real nice.
