A violent criminal gets his gun regardless if its legal or not. You cant compare statistics in a gun ban argument if you include those.

in the uk you can have a tank at home. you can even leave the big gun on it... however the tiny guns all have to be removed. in the usa its the reverse. cant have the big gun but you can have the little ones.

indeed there was a shift. its a huge upsell. before it was just the gun and some ammo. now its the tactical knife, the red dot, nato rail, night vision optics.. pimping up your gun is a thing. before a lot of focus was on the skill of the shooter and the care that person would take over their gun - a respect if you will... not to mention in the last 50 years - engineering got so much better. guns became massively more capable.

The second amendment was written in 1791. Guns back the were single shot muzzel loaded flint lock guns. They were used in a number of wars, including the American Revolution war.
The writters had no way of knowing what guns would become or i believe they would have written it differently.
IF all guns were replaced with guns of the type of when the second amendment mass shootings would no longer happen.

I was actually at the Wannenmacher's gun show in 2023! It would have been really awesome to have seen Jordan there. I've been watching him for so many years 😊

An AR-15 is not fully automatic. That is why it is different from weapons of war. I don't know why the guy didn't say that. I am sure he knows it.
