What if it looks like a have an ass, but I tilt much further to make it look like I have a bigger ass while I can't tilt forward very far and it still looks like I have an ass.
ОтветитьThis is either incredibly important or dangerous crap!
ОтветитьWow, great video
ОтветитьThank you Jeff for putting the science in.
ОтветитьThis is one of the reasons I gladly pay for his programs and supplements. This man has changed my life in so many ways.
ОтветитьI love Jeff….but I’m so confused
ОтветитьHi Jeff ,
I have pelvic tilt (ass) and tight hamstrings especially after acl surgery with a lot of lower back pain. What stretch do you suggest for the lower back in my case? After sitting in a chair the pain will come more and more.
Holy shit man. I haven’t found a stretch so effective ever in my life. Do you have tips on how often to do the posterior stretch?
ОтветитьI wanna rip my leg off too Jeff 😂
ОтветитьI appreciate Jeff's explanations SO MUCH! He puts a lot of thought into educating us. That's HUGE for a person like me who struggles with understanding how things work in conjunction with each other. Thank you Jeff!
Ответитьso one type transforms the waste thinner and the other grows the glutes. because flexibility can't bring damage just growth
Ответитьpeople with that flexibility become gifted
ОтветитьI do not understand any Jeff talks
ОтветитьNever thought about this this way
Have always had really strong legs, but they’ve always been tight and I’ve had no butt no matter how much lower body I’ve done. This makes SOOO much sense! Thank you
The jacked version of Danial tosh lol
ОтветитьReally great channel — thank you
ОтветитьThank you!!
ОтветитьWell yes, but I’m trying to learn the splits and you need to have good hamstrings for that.
Ответитьguess I'm an ass seeking to be no more!
ОтветитьMan I needed this information, will be checking you out more Thnx!
ОтветитьI just noticed that anterior pelvic tilt and hyperlordosis are probably not the same. I've been diagnosed with hyperlordosis as a kid. I don't have range of motion to tilt my pelvis backwardly without flexing my knees (I don't know if I can even stand tall with neutral pelvis). But as soon as I bend forwards, my pelvis is held back (by tight hamstrings?) Therefore I do think it's a good idea to stretch hamstrings even if I'm an ass.
ОтветитьIm a Pilates instructor and this is right on. Neutral pelvis and spine is what I work for.
ОтветитьThank you for saving me money and a trip to the doctors. I just fired my doctor
ОтветитьActually super helpful
ОтветитьIf we stretch even if its not tight then what will happen. Will i not have more flexibility?
ОтветитьLove when he swears hahahah
Ответить👍👍👍
ОтветитьVery interesting linking the 2 issues together.Makes sense!
I don’t remember Flex magazine mentioning pelvic tilt, I believe they stated something like, you need to nuke those quads and hams! 😀
Jeff, of all the fitness programs you've made, why don't you make a counter computer posture therapy program? I wish you had that added to your programs instead of the nutritional plans, but sincerely, isn't physical therapy/recovery even more of your forte than physical conditioning/maintenance?
ОтветитьGreat stuff!
ОтветитьWhere's ya boy Jesse?
ОтветитьSir very well demonstrated. Sir how can a bedridden person straighten his full back n hamstring ?
ОтветитьWhen I watch Mr. Cavalier's videos, I see it not as I do everything wrong. I see it as becoming more efficient.
Thank you for your content, sir.
This dude is a legend 😂😂😂
ОтветитьWhen i do this it's my calves that feels stretched not my hamstring why
ОтветитьWorks
ОтветитьWhat about if you have neither posterior or anterior but still have tight hamstrings?
ОтветитьOh ok ok !!!! I need to strengthening, cause I GOT ASS 😂😂😂
ОтветитьIm stretching my hamstrings whilst watching this 😎
ОтветитьDoes anyone do like an almost involuntary kind of swaying between anterior and posterior when they stand?? I assume this is from severe weakness. This video helped me see I naturally tend towards posterior but I find myself overcorrecting into anterior all day long and its this back and forth. Does that make sense?
ОтветитьThanks for your advices
ОтветитьWhat if you have both anterior pelvic tilt AND tight hamstrings (meaning you're 20cm away from touching the floor with your fingers while bending forward with your legs straight). Should you still stretch them or not?
Ответитьif hamsttings tight, cant hip hinge too much, then the glutes and hammie are like one muscle, i thinkk once the hamstrings lengthen we can hinge back more then on way up from hip hinge, the glutes now can extend hip, i am learning thanks. I find doing hip hinge in mini lunge posiiton with one leg in front of the other i can feel glute engage more on way up
ОтветитьJeff Archive files are 🐐
ОтветитьQuestion 🙋🏻♂️ I did your yes for tight hips flexors and they were fine. I still have anterior pelvic tilt so what do I do now. Could not be more core work that is needed?
ОтветитьI miss just doing cardio. So much more simpler
Ответить❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
