I was starting to have issues with my Prusa Bear MK3S (self-source build). The printer would randomly power off and then power back on when you would turn the switch off before power failing again. I of course removed the power plug and let it sit until I could get it up on the workbench.
Today I pulled the power plug/switch and I didn't see any shorts or burns. All cables looked in good condition so I started by replacing the power plug with an aftermarket power panic module. Then I took each plug connection off the switch and adding heat shrink tubing to provide more electrical isolation. I also moved the wires around to minimize any binding or touching of wires. These changes have fixed the issue and it is going through the first print now.
