I installed Need For Speed Most Wanted Redux V3, then install Plak Graphics Ultimate Edition on top of the Redux. As for the gameplay changes you can increase the amount of racers, traffic, and cops using Zolika1351's Limit Adjuster

Mod to Increase Racer Opponents, Cops, and Traffic:
Zolika1351's Most Wanted Limit Adjuster
Changes i made to the game:
- AI Racers have 200% acceleration (vltEdit)
- Increased the amount of opponents to 11 (Zolika's Limit Adjuster)
- Increase the amount of maximum active traffic to 127 (Zolika's Limit Adjuster)
- Cars will roll more (like Need For Speed Pro Street physics) (vltEdit)
- Racers can get totaled in every game mode (including the player) (vltEdit)
- Knockout races now have 5 laps, which makes the mode the hardest game mode in the entire game (vltEdit)
- All races will have cops, except Blacklist Rival Challenge races (vltEdit)
- Force the game to always have 10 active cops, new cops will spawn nearby if there are less than 10 active cops (Zolika's Limit Adjuster)
- Cops can spawn roadblocks starting from heat 1, and SUVs on higher heat levels during races (NFSMW Extra Options)
I know this is impossible, but i would love to see an official Remaster or Remake of NFS Most Wanted one day, because i genuinely think this is one of the best arcade racing games out there

You almost forget how gorgeous the setup of NFS is until you get some proper lighting and cameras that aren't covered in piss

As you're using the redux v3 as the base game I would use the M3 GTR from the store (the grey one), that car is a beast even without Junkman parts and almost indestructible 😂

These close calls, and ABSOLUTE repetitive nature of the game, is why I liked it...
The blind corners and sense of speed that this game has, makes u numb to the actual pace ur going on, unless u see a Rhino coming, or need to do a hairpin bend...
Also the innate relief and goosebumping relief that u get after beating a hard level is UNMATCHED...
This game truly is comparable to the REAL Supra/Nissan Skyline/GTR of the world... As in no matter how much the tech has evolved, or what advancements have been made, all u gotta do is put in a few mods, and u will still be the Godzilla, capable of hanging with and even beating modern rivals...
what mod pack is this and what would be the system specs to run?

its so fucking insane that this is the same game i played as a child back in the mid-late 2000s just modded,, it almost looks more like the remastered version of the Hot Pursuit from 2010 than Most Wanted lol

At this point imma have to believe the cops have S+ Premium level of healthcare. Vehicle Insurance and The Cop Department has its own car manufacturing unit AND A SEPERATE UNIT FOR BODY PART Production Unit.
