2023 Explorer Chevrolet Express 2500 Conversion Van-This or an Escalade?!

Vortec Max is not a v6. Vortec is simply what GM called their port injected truck engines before they went to direct injection. Vortec Max means it’s a 6.0 gas v8. The 4.3 is a dead reliable work truck engine but I wouldn’t want that in something as heavy or as expensive as a conversion van.

Most families these days want a nice SUV or a nice Minivan but these conversion vans make those types of vehicles feel cheap because since a conversion van has a limousine-like interior and on top of that, these vans would be reliable

I have a 2006 GMC Savana with 187k on it. It’s looking kinda tired up here in northern Wisconsin. However, it’s paid for & runs great. I’d like to consider the same but a 2013 -2015 . New ones are out of my league. 🇺🇸👍

Do not buy this. These vans have the absolute worst reliability history and terrible gas mileage. Go with the undisputed quality king of vans, a Mercedes Sprinter diesel. Great mileage, plenty of power and serious break downs usually occur after 150,000 miles
