i actually don't remember hearing this anywhere but the insomniac museum, so when i decided to go back and play the game again yesterday it had me a bit confused when i heard this in an actual level
ОтветитьOh man. I remember one time in my high school years in the late 00’s, I was feeling kinda sad (I don’t even remember why), I fired up Ratchet and Clank 2 just to play this level again because I wanted to relive the feeling of just wandering the desert grinding whatever it was you grinded. That emptiness just to process things, and the the soothing music.
ОтветитьThis vessel suffers from wounded Chi!
ОтветитьOne of my favorite osts!! I love when the song kicks in after ratchet talks about finding a way off the planet!
ОтветитьThis ratchet and clank, the first one, and deadlocked/gladiator are my favourites I loved playing them as a kid
ОтветитьLa 1ère musique de JV que j'écoutais sans jouer 😄
Ответить“Okay we got the experiment back to Fizzwiget and now he tossed us aside like trash, now what?”
ОтветитьWhen you isolated yourself from reality to hide for years and finally step outside.
Ответитьi love this game's music so much
ОтветитьShip wrecked and abandoned, only thing left is to take the word of a questionable hippie.
ОтветитьThis theme had halo 2 vibes
ОтветитьNow looking back, i think one of the reasons i spent so much time on this level was because of this song. So. Damn. Good.
ОтветитьI listen to this song in the background when i study.
ОтветитьMy top #1 Game OST of all time, even to this day. Only some things have ever gotten close.
ОтветитьI love David Bergeaud
Ответитьbest track in game love it
ОтветитьThis theme as well as the Crystal Desert theme kinda feel like they'd fit in a Spyro game the most. And how fitting considering this is one of the collectathon planets that involve you collecting a bunch of gems.
ОтветитьY aquí ya empezaba la historia de verdad
ОтветитьGives the Insomniac Museum a very liminal feeling, just running around in this giant abandoned office space with this playing
Very atmospheric
Today I learned that the map of this level was designed to look like Jimi Hendrix's head. There was even a scrapped area on the map call the "rave cave" which would have represented his hair pick.
ОтветитьThe best music to get high🥺
ОтветитьWe grew up in the best times.
Ответитьhonestly my favourite ost from R&C Going Commando
ОтветитьOoo if u break glass with rock to get rock to brake glass u-
ОтветитьOhhhmm 🧘 Go out there in that heat and get me some damn crystals OHHmmnn🧘
ОтветитьIt's so chill, yet it's such a banger.
Ответитьfavorite song in the game. always get all the crystals, just so i can spend more time listening to it
Ответить....THERE'S JUST LIKE TWO DIFFRRENT DUDES WERE WORKING AT MUSIC ,WTF
...THIS ONE IS BERGEAUT indeed BUT OTHER ONES..
.....TOO WAY MUCH UNFITTING AND SYMPHONIC SPY THING.......ATHMOSPHERE OF LEVELS WASNT PICKED UP LIKE AT ALL
....THIS ONE......ON THE CONTRARY,JUST TRANSFERS perfectly
......ON WIKI,THERE WAS LIKE two DUDES RESPONSIBLE FOR OST......OK,TWO OF THEM.......AND I kinda SEE WHERE'S ONE AND WHERE'S ANOTHER
...IF ONLY THERE'D BE MUCH MORE OF INFORMATION ABOUT STUFF
.....I'M JUST TRYING TO GET ON why the game was so bad
The midway resting point before sheeet got reeeeal
ОтветитьSuch a beautiful soundtrack
ОтветитьSounds like something You'd hear in a Sci-Fi/Horror film!
Ответить이 멜랑꼴리한 브금에 취해 한창 게임을 하던 그 시절이 그립다... 내 마음속 고향과 같은 게임
Ответить이게 진짜 정신병걸릴거같은 음악임.
Ответитьbest ambience in R&C, it really hits deep, especially traversing through that firey cave
ОтветитьThis planet is probably one of my favorites....
By the way! It's backstory! Another planet that was ravaged by interstellar resource extractions that slowly depleted it's life.
Ratchet & Clank has always had subtle love for nature under it's surface. The stages and stories often highlight corporate exploitation of resources in a lot of the levels. Especially in the first game, the entire plot is Drek sezing portions of planets he destroys with the Planet Buster- to take and build a new Orxon for them to repolute and do it all over again. All for the gains in the process.
Dont know how or why but this came up when I was ironing lol. Instantly remembered the pain to get all the crystals and on that horrid ice planet plus the sewers in R&C3
ОтветитьThis is how I picture a liminal space to sound
ОтветитьOne of my best childhood memories of video games is of this planet. I can't explain why, but the desolate atmosphere and the music have left a lasting impression on me, and are part of the reason why Ratchet & Clank 2 is my favorite game of my childhood.
Ответитьi go to hell in this ost. death speak to me. i'll go hell!!!!!!!!!!!
ОтветитьThis track really does perfectly encapsulates the feeling is just wandering aimlessly in the blazing desert.
ОтветитьI hope afterlife sounds like that.
I firmly think David Bergeaud is the Ennio Morricone of videogames lol
People who feel nostalgic from ratchet et clank, we have to meet each other
ОтветитьI remember having headache farming those crystals
ОтветитьWhen the air conditioner breaks:
ОтветитьLet’s be honest,.. this song feels more fitting for the entire level.
ОтветитьGosh this OST is something else... I wish this game was ported to PC.
