I moved a year ago and still have a garage full of boxes. I lost my hubby three years ago and couldn’t stay in our big house. I’ve downsized about 1200 sq. ft. I got rid of a lot before moving, but not nearly enough. In the last six months, my depression/anxiety ramped up so not much has been done.

We use rolling laundry baskets. When we moved, each person had a couple days worth of clothes, towels, bedding, toiletries and even a couple drinks and snacks in their basket. When we got to our new home they had all the essentials.

I no longer eat clam chowder (I’m dairy free) but when I made it years ago I used bacon…diced throw in pot and cook the onions and celery in the rendering. Then basically as you did but adding clams, juice and water for the potatoes to cook in…Once all that was cooked I added the cream and milk. Only one pot needed
