First of all, cheesecake, second of all, for my personal opinion skeletons are not that hard as a mob to kill and if you can't kill then then it's probably a skill issue, Stray might be a annoying but still, it's just slowness that will go after 30 seconds like just kill that Stray and you should be fine, which is easy, and lastly the mogged isn't even that hard, I mean yeah poison for 5 seconds is a bit of a problem but it's poison 1, also I am pretty sure poison doesn't have an effect on armour, anyways my point is, you have a skill issue, at the end that's my personal opinion so you might disagree or agree.
