Create a healthy internal clock by being aware of WHEN you eat, sleep, practice mindfulness, and do exercise.
Optimal health is achieved when you are synchronized with your environment.
1) 30 minutes upon waking: have a bowel movement and do Mindset Morning
2) have a meal of healthy fat and veggies, maybe a little protein and do something outside to get sun exposure-- a run or walk, go to the park with your child or grandchild, or work in the garden
3) 10am-2pm: Focus time for a project, meeting, or creative work
4) 5pm: great time to do weight lifting or more intense cardio
5) get to bed around 9pm-10pm and sleep for at least seven hours to achieve optimal sleep rhythms
