I really do feel so much love from this family

I won't lie, mom's lack of authority with her children got under my skin. Chandler will badmouth her or yell at her and her response is, "Don't yell at me, sweetheart". "Honey, don't give me attitude". "Baby, stop hitting". Too much sweet talking the kids when they misbehave and next to no assertiveness

Now THIS is a family that I actually believe changed after Jo was gone. A lot of these families on here revert back to old behaviors after she leaves which is awful, but these parents actually genuinely seem to have wanted change and were willing to pursue it. Well done as always, Jo!!

Just an observation. I am a grandma and I have been enjoying Suppernanny but I have noticed something. I have watched quite a few, and the homes are usually in upperclass neighborhoods This does not represent average American families! The majority of American families don’t live like this! I’m sure she helps families in poor neighborhoods but I haven’t run across yet.
