There's no replacement for displacement.. leave the turbos to summer time weekend cars. Man there not gonna be able to give there truck away after 100,000 miles. You won't be able to keep um out if the repair shop and who's gonna be able to afford all the maintenance work. Ever priced a pair of those turbos.. I picked up a low milage 2016 tundra. Should last me for the next 25 years.
ОтветитьGood Job , keep toyota on their heels
ОтветитьStart building them in the US where workers have pride and quality control is 100% better. Bring back the reliable V6. Turbos are junk!!
ОтветитьDaaaaang! Preach Brother!
Ответитьthe first thing i noticed was the very narrow 2nd row. who will sit there? dwarf? or maybe a dog, small dog i mean, even a big dog will complaint.
ОтветитьEvery one of you complaining about Tacoma, it's not the truck, it's the price that you can't hack.
Before you knock it, try driving one.
Desperately tried to convince myself to buy a top trim Tacoma but ultimately couldn’t justify all the bullshit. Toyota: bring back the v6 and fix your quality.
ОтветитьNot offering a V8 Tundra and v6 Tacoma as options is a huge mistake. I've had my first gen v6 Tacoma for many years so simple and reliable it will probably out live me as it has very low mileage and properly serviced by me. I'm thinking of buying a new 4runner before Toyota destroys that as well. The greed of auto manufactures is out of control. They're all being controlled by bean counters not real enthusiast or engineers.
ОтветитьJust put a V8 in them and enough space between wheel wells in bed to fit plywood. 4x8 Toyota! Made in Japan too.
ОтветитьPlease, when you pan in on the sticker price, say it out loud...not seeing it on small phone video. Thx
ОтветитьLower
The
Prices
Way too much money for an ugly as sin truck. Hideous looks snd personal opinion aside though, all vehicle prices are way too high. If I'm going to pay over $50k for a truck I'll pay someone to restore an older truck. And I mean something out of the 70's or up to mid 80's newest.
ОтветитьI’m middle class and I can’t afford to buy a truck with these prices. This is insane. Wtf. The men of back then were able to afford a whole single home with wife and kids by themselves so why do we have to put up with this. Unbelievable. My blood boils
ОтветитьOverpriced and it looks like Ford or Chevy truck
ОтветитьBring back the V6!
and the Quality!
Price reduction is coming. It’s clearly priced too high.
ОтветитьThere is a lot of fluctuation month to month and year to year. I ended up getting a slightly used 2023 to avoid the turbo.
ОтветитьI have been shopping for the last two weeks for a truck to replace my 2001 PreRunner (510,000 km) that I bought new way back then. I loved that truck, it never failed me. I learned that Toyota only offers the turbo charged four now across the board/all trim levels. And the prices!!! 😒 I test drove the TRD and was just not impressed in the least. And Toyota had no sales incentives whatsoever. I drove the Nissan Frontier and bam, just what I was looking for - V6, reasonable price, and 3 sales incentives (low financing rate, cash back, and free snow tires on aluminum rims). No brainer. Not sure exactly what in heavens name Toyota is thinking here.
ОтветитьBring back the V6 N/A and should be assembled in the USA.
ОтветитьBring back the V6 option and assembled here in the USA
ОтветитьI dont want a TRUCK that thinks its a MINIVAN.
FULL SIZE BED, ONE ROW OF SEATS.
Let's think about it a 4 cylinder small truck for 50k is crazy how about 30k then maybe
ОтветитьWhat motor is in ranger and Colorado? Isn’t it turbo also . Not to fond of Nissan track record . Sr5 are going around 42 basic . Don’t see where ford or Chevy are much cheaper . Everything is expensive in todays market
ОтветитьTacoma is still the best selling midsize truck. Youre blind dude.
ОтветитьWith the way people drive or are uninsured all that investment can be gone in a 20 second crash. Will never touch above 40,000
Ответитьyea high price for junkie four cylinder did that to the highlander to, going move else where when buying a truck if they are going to put junk 4's in everything not going to buy one.
ОтветитьI sell Toyotas, I've been selling the hell out of Tacomas. I've been seeking the Hell out Of V6 Tundras as well
ОтветитьI paid $53,000 for my 2023 TRD PRO Tacoma. And that was without the $5,000 mark up.
ОтветитьOur 2022 Tundra is a piece of junk. We bought it based on Toyotas reputation. Its been in the shop three times for computer issues and twice of alignment issues. It eats tires and gas. 38,000 miles and we are so upset.
ОтветитьI went and drove a 2025 Tacoma day before yesterday it was not anything that I would call a Tacoma from my memory. Also I have no faith in these turbocharged small engines. Heck I would take a naturally aspirated 4 cylinder of a turbocharged.
ОтветитьNosediving quality, questionable drivetrain combined with skyrocketing prices. Let me think about this a bit... Hmmm, I'll pass thanks.
ОтветитьWhy buy a Tacoma when you could get a tundra for the same price? And same size?
ОтветитьBro compares the back seat of a Tacoma to a Tundra. Lmao
Ответить0 % don't change anything on a 50k truck payment still way to much $. Just wait till the dealers crash then buy.
ОтветитьThanks to Biden! Everything went crazy because of his out-of-control Biden omics!!
ОтветитьThis video didn’t age well lol. Took me months to get a 2024 TRD Off-road. Local dealers can’t keep them in stock.
ОтветитьBullshit right now Toyotas are the only well-made and reliable vehicles in 2024
ОтветитьI took a look but the prices are ridiculous for even a SR5 package and the gas mileage is terrible! Also, I'm always wary of first year teething pains in a new or refreshed model. Didn't know they were having transmissions problems already so thanks for that info. Way too many electronics too. I expect better from Toyota!
ОтветитьOverpriced, over optioned and overly complicated.
It’s not rocket science.
My 2013 Tacoma TRD Offroad was $31K when I purchased it new. It only has 145k miles and has been 100% reliable. There is no way I'd trade it in for a new, overpriced, inferior Tacoma.
Fluid film has kept my frame rust free.
They don’t care they make more money just selling the top of the line badge to rich people that will pay anything
ОтветитьMoja Toyota takoma ma 9 lat 167 606 bardzo bardz dobry samochód 😊
ОтветитьI totally agree with you. I went to purchase a new Access cab with the v6, just like my current 2014 model. Totally disappointed and frustrated that they bastardized the back seating area and did away with the swing out doors and the elimination of the v6. I looked at the Nissan, drove it, liked it except for the front cowl labeling of Frontier. Toyota had a great thing going but they made a Hugh mistake with this new platform. I will not purchase one, either look for a used older one with low mileage or just keep my 2014. I hope Toyota hears the message. Even their own sales people hate this new model. Thanks for your review.
ОтветитьA pick up truck for work should be $30k max , with a manual trans and great engine. Not buying . Keepin my 2005 GMC Sierra..
ОтветитьLets be realistic - whose paying 45-50k for a quarter ton truck when you can get a decently speced out f150 or silverado 1500 for the same price.
ОтветитьI just bought a 2024 SR5 came without floor mats, sale guy said they're cutting cost and its $625 more.
ОтветитьI have been driving Toyota trucks as my daily driver since 1985. I am getting close to getting a new vehicle and it's not going to be a new Tacoma. I'll spend my money on a Honda Ridgeline, a good name, a naturally aspirated V6 and useable back seats.
ОтветитьJust bought a certified 2022 pro. Salesmen said they can't get rid of the 2024. Between the 4 cylinder engine and retarded price tag, they can't move them
ОтветитьYo Toyota, bring back the AV6! No shitty 4 banger. No burning hot turbo that breaks all the time! No crappy Mexico cheap labor! You are screwing up major! Most people aren’t stupid enough to fall for it!
ОтветитьKiss - keep it simple stupid. No hybrid crap bring back the simple engine that we can work on ourselves!
Ответить
