I think the info given on Dateline is not relevant enough to make a big difference in this case

She said she’s not going to write a book about him, but he will be in her memoir that she will be writing soon. He said she is not helping his sister write a book and doesn’t know if she’s writing one or not. She also said she didn’t reach out to the parents right away. She waited a little while and then she reached out.
If BK gets convicted, I can see him asking her to write a book about him but I don’t know if she will.
