I'm going to try this out. For a few years I've been doing a stretching routine first thing in the morning. Over the years unforutnately I've found it counterproductive. I think a morning mobility/calesthenics workout is what I need.

I was kind of tired today, so I told myself I would just do a ten-minute one. That wound up to being three of your new 10 minute ones (this one plus strength and core). I loved this one so much - just felt so much better afterwards. Thanks!

Love to start my daily routine with this 10 minutes stretching session! This is enough to make my body feel good and not felt like being worked. This also motivates me to come back every day! Thank you Lauren!

This was such a great challenge. I have taken a few months out of exercising regularly, minus a little spurt here or there for bedtime stretching, but nothing truly that challenged my body. Until this one, which was just what I needed. Couldn't do the ankle and wrist circles together, so I tried the ankle circles by themselves. Feel proud that I did it. Was a great workout to do before heading off to work!!

I am dealing with a head cold, so this was perfect to get some movement in. Some moves are similar to qi gong which are very healing.

This is fabulous! I'm a keen gardener and always ache and groan afterwards but I'm going use this as my warm-up in future and hopefully my back won't complain so much!

This one is particularly awesome! Love how it gets ALL the angles and planes of movement. It proved the chef’s kiss of challenge for me, so…I thankee for the mental exercise, too. The angle and wrist combo had me laughing. Live, move and learn! 💪🏻🥰
