I'd think bhphotovideo for the millions dollars of gear they have they could get their audio to not be clipping! but good interview

I love the BnH videos but they are always badly shot/lit . However this one is very poor. "I'm a big fan of world war 2' WTF? the interviewer cant even speak properly, this should never have been uploaded. PB looks positively uncomfortable.

So what was that $60k lens you were afraid of dropping. Was it one of the Canon Cinema lenses?

Use the W5 version of the Countryman B6, with either the +4db or the 0db cap. That works well to prevent clipping, especially if the lav is clipped on the chest or beneath the chin of the subject.

I don't think we'll ever see Tarantino shooting with DSLRs.  I believe hell would freeze over first.  The man is EXTREMELY pro-film and anti-video.  I saw an interview with him where he said he'd rather quit making films than use video.  To me, that seems very narrow-minded.  I mean I understand that he thinks that video is inferior to film...and in the past, it was, but we're approaching a point where video can be made to look like any type of film you desire.  Video is the future.

Just shave your head dude. Stop being in denial of you hair loss by changing hats during an interview. Kind of unprofessional. Just run over to Hair Club for Men, it will resolve your stress of losing your hair. Growing your side hairs out make you look ridiculous, or just shave it off..PLEASE!!
