To me, Dagmar IS Yoga. Actually, for the longest time, I thought that "Dagmar" was the type of music they played in this video. This has been a calming, grounding, strengthening and health-bringing part of my routine for the past 10(!) years. Every couple of years I venture off and try something else, but I keep coming back. Her voice and her energy feel right. Thank you for this practice.
