The noise of the lawnmower upset him? he could of easily used noise cancelling earmuffs/headphones while his neighbor mowed his lawn. Now he's 6 feet deep...

The only criticism I have for law enforcement is... Is it really necessary for that many personnel to show up on site? I mean, only a handful of heavily armed officers are required. what are the rest going to do? Stand around and look tough/busy?
