How to use the menu, I can't figure it out once install is done

I have the wcs15kg E, I did all the procedures in the manual and video but I don't have any water softening and I noticed that on the display when I open the water the capacity immediately drops to 0

Hi! What does "no less than 10 minutes" mean? Mine has been running for close to 20 minutes now, the water has been clear the entire time so not sure exactly what im waiting for here

I do like video but it stop in advancing to backwash and 0102 hall err,it keep flash and didn't stop, the water flow normaly i already checked

Didn't put salt in it and the bottom of my tank is all black and moldy. Also spiders and bugs can get in thru the opening in the back. Need a better design

Is there a bypass supplied?

Where is the 2/3 fill linefor salt?

Mine just won't come on at all. We plugged it in and nothing.

Our brand new Ispring softener keeps regenerating every night. Something is wrong and we do not know how to fix it.

Is there an included salt pellet upon purchase of this system? How often do I need to replenish the salts?

How long do you wait for the initial backwash step? Do you let the 90 minutes brine step complete first? The instructions completely look over this.
