KAFFEOST – The Infamous Swedish Cheese Coffee They've Never Heard Of

Join me on a whirlwind 24-hour journey through the delightful streets of Stockholm to explore the city's unique coffee culture, with a special twist —our mission, to find the elusive Kaffeost, a traditional Swedish Cheese Coffee. This rare delicacy combines the robust flavour of coffee with the creamy texture of a special cheese called leipäjuusto, and I was determined to taste this unique combination.

With the clock ticking, I popped in on iconic cafes, hidden local spots, and even ventured to lesser-known neighbourhoods in search of Kaffeost. Along the way, we encounter local baristas, shop owners and even cheese experts, each sharing their insights and honestly pointing me to further confusion.
