Kathy, thank you for the fun fact of Paget's disease. I truly had to look it up thinking that you made a minor mistake stating breast instead of bone. Never would I have ever thought of pagets being involved with breast. Learning something new every day!

The biphosphonates have a black box warning of 'spontaneous femur fractures'! My whole cohort remembers that med now because it scared them during my med presentation!

If Alendronate induces severe ongoing joint and muscle pain, how can one 'fly the drone', continue exercise? This causes a higher risk of falls, the opposite of intention.
