Derailed Amtrak train was going 80 km/h over speed limit

The derailed Amtrak train in Washington was travelling 80 km/h over the speed limit, according to the U.S. National Transportation Safety Board. Three people were killed just outside Seattle yesterday when the Amtrak train derailed and pulled 13 cars off the tracks.
