Harmful frequencies. The whites of my eyes were blood red after listening to it for a few minutes.

I could tell something was wrong and dismissed it thinking it was placebo. When it’s good and the correct tone and frequency then you will want to continue. I was getting irritated and impatient. Not normal. I would not doubt some people are posting harmful frequencies intentionally for the same reason they don’t Tach about resonate frequency vibrations in schools, make computer viruses.

I find the number patterns interesting. If you have anything that's in a 3x3 grid it's easy to memorize what all the frequencies are since they have multiple patterns you can follow and use.
Try typing them out on your numpad on your keyboard or keypad on your phone or even calculator.

Very Strange, I was meditating and around half-way through 285hz I was hearing faint casino music churning in the background. Def some weird mental mojo with these frequencies.
