ОтветитьLooks really good ..have to trip to Persian store & Costco tomorrow Saturday , this is Persian way we always made in childhood in Iran ..some people i see add eggplant to it 2, such as comes out delicious also just we just never made it that way with eggplant

ОтветитьHi Yousef jaan, Thank you very much for the great instruction. I have a question regarding temperature. I followed yoyr instruction, and set the temperature at 380 F for 20 minutes, but it did not turn to orangish color of Tahdig. What did I do wrong?

I have a question, what can I use instead of yogurt in your egg/yogurt mixture. I can't use dairy product here. I will substitute the butter with olive oil and would prefer not to use vegan style yogurt. Where I live, it is rare to find also.
Curious to know what is the purpose of the yogurt in the recipe? To add tang? Moisture? Fat?
