Just like before I start to use the treadmill , I need to warm up my body and then gradually increase the level. if doing it too fast I may fall by accident if been careless. The body will adjust and in synchronicity with the treadmill first and then can level up to faster speed of running. I understand now that as a whole ' we ' are ready to run. I'm so pleased to see these two brilliant minds have gotten together and given us some beautiful wisdom. I have been following Bashar for about 30 years Robert Edward Grant for one year. I live in Australia and owned a plant nursery and built a pyramid shade house and learned some amazing knowledge of the pyramids.

Very illuminating conversation and entertaining at the same time. This experience will probably prompt me to remember so much more of it.

Background music is soooo distracting! For many people listening to two sounds at the same time can make processing difficult if not impossible. This can make videos disability unaccessable.

My idea of time: There is only NOW. The past is a memory held as frames of events (moment to moment) in space-time (which you could then call space-memory) and is known as the Akashic record. The future is a probability, not a real thing until it happens. Based on your Now, if you hold an object in the air and let it go, then what is the probability that it will land on the floor in the future? And when that happens in the new Now, a snapshot of time is saved to be recalled when needed. So, the concept of a Time Machine is the ability to conjure up the past in your imagination and also predict a possible of a future in your imagination. And don't forget, everything you imagine is also recorded as a memory.
And now we get to the definition of a multiverse. In my view, it is like Source having multiple personalities (universes) where each personality can interact with the others (exchange information). You could say that Source is schizophrenic.

i love what Darryl said about astrology being a permission slip because i've heard him (or Bashar) say that before but i like how he expanded on it and i've heard an astrologer (Rick Merlin Lavine) say it didn't feel like he was learning astrology it felt like he was remembering it and also i looked at Darryl's birth chart and he has a Mercury conjunct his Sun and Neptune and mercury rules communication and the sun is you and neptune is the planet of illusion and indescribability and spirituality so he's communicating with this spiritual otherworldly being and putting these (seemingly from our perspective) complex spiritual ideas i just think it's interesting

I just wanted to pop in and say that the phrase "you cannot perceive what you're not the vibration of" is extremely accurate. The whole field of spectroscopy relies on this fact. For example, we can't use, radio waves to probe interatomic distances/bond lengths in molecules, we use X-rays for that (X-ray crystallography) because the wavelength (frequency) are of the same scale as interatomic distances while radio waves are not. This is basic physics and I have no doubt this basic principle applies to our thoughts, beliefs etc under the assumption that all matter is, is energy.
