Roxana is a Sr. Cognitive and Behavioural Experience Researcher bringing her passion for human cognition and behaviour change at Macadamian, a healthcare consultancy. She works with clients from ideation to post-deployment, co-creating innovative experiences and compelling digital solutions that are good for people, and for businesses.
Roxana comes from a small village where technology was nothing but science fiction. Her roots in a tech-free world allow her to have a unique perspective between devices, people, and their environment. This has made her a sought-after public speaker and academic where she continues to contribute to the advancement of the field through her publications and thought leadership.
She also serves as an adjunct research professor at Carleton’s Cognitive Science Institute and a professor at Algonquin College’s Human Centered Design Institute allowing her to work closely with students and bridge industry and academia.
