For FPS games you can just go into game settings and play a “flipped” button layout so that R1 and L1 are aim and shoot and the back triggers are for grenades if you really care instead of spending $200 on a controller lol

you dont NEED it, you can just change your stick layout for FPS games, for instance i play COD and i use Bumper Jumper (Using LB/L1) to jump and i dont take my thumbs off the joystick except for reloading, BUT i have switched to a pro controller and its honestly not DRAMATICALLY better than normal, just makes your playing experience a bit easier. It more so depends on the player.

I still see no point of getting slightly better thing because there is no esports in console gaming, except 1v1 fighting games

No you do t NEED a pro controller, but if you wamt one then get one. Or you could just change R2 to R1 and L2 to L1 this makes shooting faster. Plus.....IT'S FREE!!

I would recommend getting a aimcontroller. It’s a website where you can build a fully customized controller, it’s a little harsh to people’s bank accounts but there’s always free discounts that 10-30 percent off.

dont buy the pro, only reason i bought is because we can change the sticks, but those sticks are nowhere to be found, never in stock anywhere

Or assign the shoot button to R1, and crouch to L1. Button assignments are a waste of money when you can just use button assignments

looking for ps controller to use my pc.which one has faster response lag.

I use L1 to shoot and R1 to ads so it’s not needed but cool

I have a 20$ pro controller from Amazon with two back paddles for my pc and it works great, normal triggers and all, the thumb sticks feel great, and it’s abt the same size as a ps4 controller

I get why you would get one but why not just swap the binds of the bumpers and triggers so it travels less

I got dualsense edge to play rocket league

how about the xbox elite series 2 which:
1. has 3 settings for the trigger travel
2. 4 rear paddles which feel much nicer
3. all buttons including the paddles can be remapped
4. 3 profile settings on the controller
5. interchangeable d-pad and thumbsticks which are nicer and better quality.
6. the ps5 pro is made of cheap plastic but the elite series 2 is made of metal and texturized rubber
7. adjustable stick tension
8. docking port for charging that magnetizes to the case.
9. you can change the color and brightness of the xbox button and you can set it differently for separate profiles
10. the xbox elite 2 is almost $50 cheaper and you can get it open box like I did for $125 in basically new condition.

I’ve been using the dualsense edge for about a year now. Mostly playing COD and Siege. Love it, it is definitely a game changer. I have my right back paddle set to jump so whenever I get into a gunfight I am a movement demon😊

I have 2 Duelsense edge controllers now idk if I wanna keep both or not
