ОтветитьWhat about hanging from your bend knees on the bar and then using the abdominals to pull up? Feels great on the back, and the hand are not the limiting factor.

ОтветитьCorrection to the misleading title. "Abs and plank exercises are not that effective when trained incorrectly".
Abs is for aesthetics mostly, planks is a finishers not a "display of core strength".
What this guy is demonstrating is "Core workouts" hence why core in title is misleading/misused.
Train your core 2/3 times a week to feel results. Throw in abs workout once a week. Combined with core workouts not only will your abs pop out more and sooner but you will notice how your stamina and endurance increase as well as your strength!
