How do you get more than one skill per crew member?

In one of my crew the commander is at 101 percent experence and no first skill and the rest of the crew has 109 percent experience and still no first skill and yet I have tried to get the first perk for my crew for 2/3 years and still ( Nothing ! ) must I do 200 percent skillexperience. That should never happen and for some time 2/3 years and more ! World of Tanks have just ignored me regarding that problem and I now think that's quite insulting and it feels like " 1 step forward 20 stepps back " ( What must I do experience wise " a thousannd and one percennnt " just for the sake of the first skill perk !

Imparting knowlege is a skill as well and quickybaby has 100%. This is the best one to explain stuff. The other videos I watched werent as easy to understand and my eyes were bleeding with the frustration of them trying and failing the teaching perk lol. Thanks for the upload. Keep up the good work.

Got a question about Mentor. So you are saying that if you pick Mentor it should be only until you have your it at 100 % and change it afterwards t 6 Sense ? Or how would you use it IF you were to use it ? Another thought that occured to me was that Mentor might only be a really good skill to pick during those juicy 3x Crew EXP days.

I didn't know brother in arms have to be 100% on all of the crew, I had to change skills on almost 70% of my tank. Thanks!!!

The intuition perk is very important for the FV215b (183) and the recently buffed FV4005 Stage II.Because you are loading HESH to one shot the Tiger II, for example.But, you want to kill low HP tank(Example:AMX M4 51 on 10 HP), you are still loading the HESH, but you don't want to spam the HESH at the low HP tanks.If you have the Intuition perk on 2 loaders in those tanks, you have a chance to load the AP without reloading 25 to 30s.

I have a question about something that I've been trying to find online for a while. Let say I have a premium tank A and a brand new standard tank B. I buy new crew for standard B, paying with silver to get the crew to 75%. The question is: can I move that crew right away to premium A or do I have to get full proficiency (100%) first for tank B and unlock the skill before I move them to premium A? Basically, are premiums only helping with skill training or can they also increase proficiency for other tanks? Logic tells me premiums can train skills only, but I couldn't find any info on it to confirm.
