the run is not working

Everything went well, untill i tried to run the Run.Sh. I got no craftbukkit or spigot.jar's... But all the other files came.. Please help

how do i install World edit into the spigot server

My files didn't change to shell, they're just remaining as txt when I put .sh at the end?

When I get to running the BAT file, It says "Error: Unable to access jarfile spigot-1.10.jar"
