ОтветитьThis is actually really good! As I still have school, I find it difficult to do long drawn out exercises so this is perfect for short periods of free time, its also more fun than other workouts as it changes exercise a lot!

Ответитьlove your quick vids but why do you talk so extremely much about calories? there are soo many benefits of excersizing that is not about calories - it helps keep your bloodsugar in balance, prevents cardiac disease, can help to treat depression, prevents alzhaimer, gives you more energy throughout the day... I would love it if you focused less on calories and more about what you as a person can do to make yourself healthier, happier and less prone to disease. its about loving and taking care of yourself - not about calories...

I have done this in the past. Then school got in the way and I got fat. I am now doing 2 XHIT workouts (10 min) plus two other workouts every other day, and run every other day, since a couple of weeks back. So I thought I was ready for this.
I wasn't.
I had to take a few breaks and get water. Sweat is literally RUNNING down on me. At the end of the work out I was so done that it made me swear with an Irish accent (I'm not irish). Thanks XHIT for a great workout that really got me to my limit. I have something to work on. I love these workouts and the hosts are so motivating without being annoying.
