The Lord said that the gentiles(us, Joseph was a gentile) will help his people build the New Jerusalem on the land where he was at when the Lord showed himself to him. We just need to know exactly where he was at. Honestly, it is easy to know if you really believe the commands of the Holy One and recognize that most people are gentiles.

My spouse and I found Adam-ondi-Ahman to be a very peaceful and sacred place when we visited there about ten years ago. My mind's eye look out over that rolling valley and I imagined a gathering of tens of thousands of people there gathered to receive the Savior...It is very lovely.

Can you do a video explaining of why the church left its members off the hook from actually building temples or church buildings and let construction companies handle the heavy labor and the reason why. I'am near a stake center that was actually build by its own members and not by a construction companies. I'am not mad at the church but a better understanding of why things changes to this current why of building and would the church would ever return to its roots to let members build their own church building or temple again?

Joseph Smith did not teach that the entire continents of North and South America constituted Zion. Rather, when he referred to "all of America, North and South," he was speaking of the United States—specifically the regions north and south of the Mason-Dixon line. His use of "North and South" referred to the sectional divisions within the United States, not to the continents as a whole. Thus, it is inaccurate to claim that Joseph Smith declared all of North and South America to be Zion.

Great video!!! I am not convinced a new Zion city needs to built in Missouri before the Savior comes. Both Isaiah and Joseph Smith prophesied that Zion would be built in the tops of the mountains, It has. My ancestor Anson Call, heard Joseph Smith say it and recorded. When Apostle Russell Nelson said Christ would come to Missouri, we know that He will or has come to the meeting that will or has been held at Adam-ondi- Ahman. I just Pray the Savior will come soon in his final coming in glory. This world is a mess. Oh what joy that will be!

Great content. Wondering about the non-stop music tracks in the back ground. They seem good for transitions, but non-stop feels like you are constantly trying to evoke a felling of grandeur or finality. I find it distracting. Just a thought.

New Jerusalem is in HEAVEN! Each time the Bible mentions New Jerusalem, it is said to "come down from heaven, where angels guard the city's gates." (Revelation 3:12; 21:2,10 ,12) Also, the city's great size proves that it could not be on earth. It's a cube measuring "12,000 stadia, or furlongs" around. (Revelation 21:16) Its sides would thus be almost 560 kilometers or 350 miles high, extending into space!

Scott/Casey, I watched this same video (I can see you have made updates yesterday and uploaded a new version) a few months ago when the idea of rebuilding Zion in Independece was pretty much cancelled by Scott; however in this latest version of the same video, it looks like you give a message of more openness regarding the possibility of rebuilding the City of Zion.

Zion

The word Zion appears repeatedly in all the books of scripture of the Church. In latter-day revelation, Zion is defined as “the pure in heart.”

In the early days of this dispensation, Church leaders counseled members to build up Zion by emigrating to a central location. Today our leaders counsel us to build up Zion wherever we live. Members of the Church are asked to remain in their native lands and help establish the Church there. Many temples are being built so Latter-day Saints throughout the world can receive temple blessings.

The word Zion can also refer to specific geographic locations, as follows:

The city of Enoch

The ancient city of Jerusalem

The New Jerusalem, which will be built in Jackson County, Missouri

This is a good video. Shared some things I hadn't realized, put together, etc. I still believe Adam-ondi-Ahmen will be the gathering of 144,000. However, wherever the "New Jerusalem" will be seems to be undetermined for us.

Please understand God doesn't dwell is Temples made by human hands. Jesus was also referring to his body being raised in three days. Don't get tied up in idle worship and physical things. All things will pass away and He will make all things new. He goes to prepare a place for us. Just repent.

The physical temple was used to sacrifice animals to cover the sins of Israel. Yeshua came to fulfill the ordinance as the final sacrifice for the sins of the world. God now dwells in each believer who puts their faith Christ (1 Corinthians 3:16-16).

"God does not dwell in temples made with hands" (Acts 7:48 Acts 17:24 Hebrews 9:11,24). New Jerusalem does not have a physical temple because God and the Lamb are the temple of that city (Revelation 21:22).

Please, I implore Latter-day Saints to read the Bible to understand the correct teaching about temples.

I am an active, believing member of the Church, but I believe that all we can really do is speculate about these matters. Even Russell M. Nelson's thoughts on returning to Jackson County, Missouri when speaking at a BYU devotional as an apostle are probably speculation in my opinion (Church leaders are allowed to have opinions just like the rest of us). Also, I have been taught in the past that one of the reasons that things didn't work out for the Saints in Missouri was because some were not humble and arrived in Missouri with somewhat of an entitled attitude, which among other factors generated animosity from the non-Latter-day Saint residents. Would like to hear of Scott or Casey have any thoughts on that . . . I also wonder if the Adam-ondi Ahman site was more symbolic than literal, part of the genesis of Joseph's revelations regarding the temple endowment. For example, when I go to the temple I am symbolically, not literally, entering the presence of God. Could Adam-ondi Ahman be that same sort of symbolic representation? Just wondering . . .

The church will buy all of the Temple Lot and Community of Christ lands in Independence, as they did the Kirkland Temple, take down and remove their buildings as their churches have almost no members anymore, and will build a massive temple on the temple lot, and new church headquarters. We need to be patient, it’ll happen.

Read 3rd nephi. The new jerusalem is being built in the temples on both sides of the veil. Everything is spiritual BEFORE its physical.

I’m a little confused about the choice to use AI for the thumbnail pictures on so many of your videos given recent guidance on the topic in General Conference. In April (2025) Elder Ulisses Soares taught:

“This same principle is applied to any source of information available through the official communication channels of the Church. Every lesson, book, manual, and message is carefully developed and approved under the direction of the Spirit to make sure we maintain the sacred virtue, values, and standards of the gospel of Jesus Christ. He goes on to caution against shutting out the influence of the Holy Ghost by using AI inappropriately. I don’t think that is what you are doing here, but I am curious what guidelines your channel has developed to ensure that sacred virtue, values, and standards of the gospel of Jesus Christ are maintained.
