Hey Matt, I’m building my custom sdr sales plan and I’m confused on the target market slide. I thought that you won’t find out what your territory will be until you get hired and one assigned to you? If we don’t know that part should we just list the ICP and the ICP problems and how the software solves that problem?

Hey Matt. I'm just feelign liek this coud work well with maybe 2-3 companies. How would one apply this at scale when you're sending out 30-50 apps a day and having 7-10 interviews a week? Also SDRs seem very unresponsive when you ask them for help. Any tips to overcome that? Thanks.
