ОтветитьI am 94 and my friends say I need to sleep on my back, not my side. Get up every two hours to bathroom, only to produce w teaspoons! It is tiring but does not produce sleep. I moved from USA mountain time zone to eastern time zone and cannot adjust to the time…..just a guess.

When I worked I got up at 5 am n went to bed at 11 pm. Once I retired I went back to being a night owl after about a year
I’m always tired n would like to be up n alert eavrly
