Killer Whales: Up Close and Personal

Killers of whales are just as clever as dolphins, but deadly as a shark.
They do, however, have their own killers, Sperm Whales.

I just thought of watching orcas and I’m falling in love with them. I remember watching videos about them hunting seals when I was younger, but didn’t know they had so much personality. This was truly amazing. I love their interaction with us humans.

They say orcas have the intelligence of a 16-year-old human teenager is that true? Also, I would like to thank you for this footage orcas or my favorite animals and they always come dress for the occasion and a tuxedo.

I have a huge fear of whales, after seeing them at a show. Those should be banned. I’m trying to overcome this fear.

last night i had a dream about orcas, how i swam with them, noticing the cold water and not being bothered at all.. they were very curious about me. i love underwater dreams 🩵 and i am obsessed with these animals now

This was so brilliant. I loved watching how the other whales took the time to teach Delphine. I so appreciate the fact that the director gave us an update!

They are such amazing creatures, it is a true act of cruelty to keep them in captivity away from their family.

I wonder how often this pod has said "Damnit Delphine!", and what that might sound like it orca. 🤣

Ich finde die Bezeichnung „Killer“ völlig verfehlt, ein Killer ist ein Mörder, der aus Gründen tötet, die Tieren unbekannt sind. Orcas sind die perfekten Jäger, sie töten ausschließlich NUR zum Zwecke der Arterhaltung. Deshalb nennt diese faszinierenden Tiere bitte nicht Killer!

(8/19/2024). Amazing. Documentaries like this, showing the bonds, playing, caring, teaching, other family interactions, etc of Orcas is important so that us humans will view them as much more than just “Killer” Whales. (Same goes for sharks.) Humans identifying with and/or liking/loving sea creatures makes it more likely that humans will want to take measures to protect them.

Watching this incredible film, my heart breaks for the captured orcas who are suffering at Sea World.... I can't stomach the cruelty of it.....

I think Delphine has ADHD..... that's why she's so distractible.....
