why do i don't have the config file after when i open it. just create the folder portable.txt. need help

My Xenia closes out every time I try to load up a game. I followed the steps. I don’t understand

when I do the thing there's no 7zip

u know u dont have to install an unzipper , windows 10 has its own built in that works just aswell (Y)

wtf anyone using .jp or any other compression system other than windows standard .zip files in 2024? rar is dead, gz is dead, tar is dead, they're all dead. Everything is dead except .zip and should stay that way. Nothing is gained, especially in the era of cheap storage and cheap bandwidth.
